I just received a very small raise at my regular job. I’ve only been there 8 months so I’m happy. Any extra money is good. I am trying to get my passive stream to grow. I have some updates that I need to make with my niche site.

The regular job for the regular person, if optimized, can earn way, way more than just about any side gig or collections of side gig. There are exceptions, of course. But I think your biggest return is often on simply making sure your 9-5 is paying you what you think it should.
