That’s a good tip. I’m not going to lie, I would be a little hesitant to help a student in higher ed with writing and grammar because I just have a BA, but I get what you’re saying about general proofreading and the benefits of being a native English speaker.

I’ve found international graduate students often want tutoring and proofreading for their writing. Even if they are getting a Ph.D. in a subject you don’t understand, they often value help with grammar and sentence structure.
