In reply to BMG. Some people look at tech tools/services and don't want to go anywhere near it, haha. It is important to at least become somewhat familiar with the different tech stuff out there.

In reply to John @ Frugal Rules. It's really important to be able to know how to work with others. It's something you have to work on throughout the different jobs you may have. Being able to work well with others personalities and styles helps get work done and gives a new sense of efficiency!

In reply to Bethany from CuteCapsuleLife. Yeah, you're right. I do see many more jobs nowadays asking for some basic skills in coding and web publishing (like being comfortable with Wordpress, knowing basic code, etc)

Organization is an important one because of what it lets your accomplish. Being productive usually means being organized. An employer may not care if your organized but they sure do care if you’re productive.

Communication is def a crucial skill. I think another skill that I would add that goes hand in hand with the entrepreneurial mindset is leadership skills. I have found that my leadership skills have taken me far, especially within the past 3 years.

Yes, yes, yes! Thankfully, I have these skills, and I encourage other people to build them as well. As much as I’m grateful that I was able to go to college, it doesn’t determine how far you get in your career. You and your skills do. Thanks for sharing!
