Lots and lots of great ones in there – I like them all! I’d like to think we do nearly all of them already, perhaps we could share more of them on our blog. Minimizing stress is a great one, no matter what you do in life.

I recently signed up to your blog and really liked this post. As a Benefits Manager, I have a lot of discussions on HSA’s with employees. One of the nice things about them is that investing feature that isn’t taxed. Additionally, after 65 you won’t have a penalty for non medical withdrawals..just the 20% tax for non medical. Keep up the great work! I really like these financial wellness tips. :)

Yes a checklist would be great! I definitely am considering making it into a downloadable checklist. I’ve been thinking a lot about making more downloads on the site so keep your eye out for that in the future!

I’ve noticed the same thing in my life. When I was working towards making better use of my time, mainly for blogging, it allowed me to better plan for working out.

Hi Anika – so glad you are interested in the giveaway! As far as the Pinterest posts go, yes it is the same pins. Some people have 50+ boards they pin to (including group boards) and I don’t want to limit them to only pinning to one board. For example, for many of those posts I have 10-15 boards that they would work for on my Young Adult Money account alone. I understand you may not pin/save to as many boards, but I don’t really want to limit people if they do have a bunch of boards they are actively pinning to.

Happy to answer any other questions you might have.

I’m going to start doing one of this like bringing my lunch to work, so that I can control my portions plus save a lot of $’s. 8$ for lunch when I can bring the same thing for 4$? No thanks!
