Hi everyone! Welcome back. Here are few interesting life facts and tips to tune your lifestyle.

Tips to improve your quality life | Interesting life facts

1. Don’t compare with others

The only person you should compare yourself is the person you were yesterday, and make yourself better. Don’t compare with others!

2. Earn two friends in life

You should earn at least two friends in your life. 1 like Krishna who will not fight but will make sure you win and another like Karna who will fight for you even when you are wrong.

3. Don’t say Yes when you want to say No

Don’t say ‘Yes’ if you don’t want to do something or don’t like something. Learn to say ‘No’. Whoever they may be, either your friend or family or near or dear ones. You cannot be in good books to everyone.

4. Respect other’s hard work

Respect is a kind of showing esteem or honor for someone for their work. Be thankful for the person who is doing work for you even if he is a plumber or electrician or anything else. Remember that we are not talented in all aspects for which we need a skilled person. Say thank you and respond in a timely manner to show respect to them.

5. Never expect anything from anyone

Don’t let anyone expect anything from you. Similarly, don’t expect anything from anyone if you want good relationship. Expectation may sometimes brings possessiveness and will spoil the relationship. Besides, never expect others to change themselves, instead focus on changing yourself. Also, try to accept everyone how they are.

6. Do not blame others

We usually blame others for our mistakes, which is negative. On the other hand, we mostly forget to blame others for the good things happened by them. Blaming is a bad habit and it will not fix your life. People use blaming as a defence mechanism to protect ourselves from guilt and anxiety. It is good to take responsibility for our mistakes and fix it and it will give satisfaction and happiness.

7. Be nice to people for no reason

Always be good, help others and respect everyone. You may wonder how can we do that. And the answer is smile at everyone, listen to the person till the end and don’t interrupt, say “thank you” when someone is helping you, wave a hand to the neighbours, carry the weight from the elders and so on.

8. Be quiet at times

Never interrupt people talking. Allow them to pour it out. Sometimes you need to learn to be quiet even when you have a lot to say. Your time will come and it will be the right time to point out the mistakes. If you try to speak before what others want to say or when they angry, your words will not reach their mind. If you speak at the right time, it will reach their heart and understand that you are right. As they say, hear them all and filter them all.

9. Time and patience

Work hard, stay consistent, let leave for some time and have patience. Results happen over time, not overnight. For example, if you want to earn more money or develop your business, you need to understand and learn the process. It will take some time to be skilled and talent. Once you understand this, no one can stop you.

10. Don’t deceive anyone

A deceived person is happy because he does not know that he is being deceived. The deceiver loses his happiness in some form of fear, knowing that he is deceiving.
